Hey folks, Nacho here. The first Kickstarter for a Grackle Studio project was a success! I funded production costs for my latest comic book, Hey Cat #3: Return of the Fleas. I shared my thoughts on the whole wild experience in a recent non-paywalled post on my personal Patreon page. Check it out if you’re interested in hearing a shit ton about the whole process.

I hope to bring more Grackle Studio content to Kickstarter or potentially other crowdfunding platform in 2023. If you’ve never checked Kickstarter out, there are a ton of creators with cool projects they’re trying to get off the ground, it’s such an active marketplace. Not only have I picked up a lot of great comics there, but I’ve helped people start a comics festival in Lithuania, musicians make some albums, & film makers bring their ideas to the screen.
